Our flagship french patisserie features culinary chemistry as we infuse traditional and handcrafted pastry techniques with plant based, locally sourced and high quality ingredients.

FAQ

  • All our products are vegan & handmade in our vegan kitchen and our pastries contain soy, almond, wheat, and Sulfite. However, some of the ingredients we use may contain/are made in facilities that also process dairy, eggs, tree nuts, other allergens.

    Please be aware that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination of allergens, we cannot guarantee this and we would advise against purchasing to anyone who has severe allergy.

  • You can collect from our shop in Grey Lynn (567 Great North Road). Please place orders before midday for next day pick up. Our Hours are 7am-1pm Friday and 8:30-1pm Saturday and Sunday

  • Yes! We offer catering for corporate, wedding, events and private catering. We have a range of pasty items suitable for small or large groups. Please reach out to us here to enquire

  • Yes, we are at The Shed Collective market every Saturday. And at the Market Collaborative in Smales Farms on the second Sunday of every month

  • Viennoiseries (Croissants, danishes, pain au chocolat, brioches…) are best eaten on the day, plain croissants and pastries without filling or cream can be frozen while fresh and then reheated in the oven (5 minutes at 170 degrees), cakes, entremets and tarts will last couple of days stored in the refrigerator
